What information we collect from you
To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice Axity will use the following personal data:

- Position within the company

What we use your data for
Axity uses the personal data we collect from you for the following purposes necessary for the service you request:
- Providing services related to information technology
- Installing computer and telecommunications hardware and infrastructure
- Evaluate your technology needs according to your purchase orders and precise instructions
Your personal data are necessary to provide you with the services listed above, so if you do not want us to use them we will not be able to provide you with any service.
In addition, Axity uses your personal data for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow us to provide you with a better service:
- Sending e-mail advertising campaigns offering new Axity products and services that may fit your technology needs.
- Sending printed brochures to your physical address offering new Axity products and services that might fit your technology needs.
If you do not want us to use your personal data for these non-necessary purposes, the process for removing your personal data from our database appears in the “Exercise of ARCO rights” section.
In case you do not want us to contact you for these non-necessary purposes, we will not be able to deny you the provision of our services, nor stop offering you the products you purchase from us. However, please note that the intention of these non-necessary purposes is to give you a better service and to let you know about our line of products and services, so that we can serve you better.
With whom we share your personal data
We inform you that your personal data is shared inside and outside the country with the following persons, companies, organizations and authorities other than us, for the following purposes:

We inform you that for the transfers in which we indicate that we do require to obtain your consent, we will understand the tacit consent for them when you give us your personal data. Exercise of ARCO rights
You have the right to know what personal information we have about you and to tell us how you want us to use it. This right is commonly referred to as “ARCO rights”. ARCO is an acronym for the rights you have, namely:
- Access: You have the right to know what information we have about you.
- Rectification: You have the right to have us correct any errors in the information we have about you.
- Cancellation: You have the right to have us remove your personal data from our database.
- Opposition: You have the right not to allow us to use your data for a specific purpose or not to share your personal data with any of the persons listed in the section “With whom we share your personal data”.

Full name of the holder of the personal data
Whether you are the owner of the personal data or you are acting on behalf of someone else. If you are representing someone else, please tell us:
Your full name
Attach the document proving that you are acting on behalf and representation of the third party. For legal entities, a power of attorney or mandate before a notary public is required. For individuals, a power of attorney signed before two witnesses is sufficient, and a copy of the valid identification of all persons signing.
What ARCO right you want to exercise:
If you want to exercise your right of Access, with the mention we will send you a copy of all the information we have about you.
If you want to exercise your right of Rectification, tell us what is the error and what should be the correct data.
If you want to exercise your right of cancellation, the confirmation e-mail will be the last communication you receive from us.
If you want to exercise your right of Opposition, tell us which of the purposes listed in the “What we use your data for” section. Remember that if you wish to object to any necessary purpose, we will not be able to continue offering you our products and services. You can also tell us if you do not want us to share your information with any of the people listed in the “With whom we share your personal information” section. Some of these data transfers are essential, so in the event that we are unable to continue to provide our services and prevent the transfer, we will notify you so that you can make the appropriate decision.
