The data journey starts with data strategy: our Data Driven Strategy service lets our clients know their data maturity level. As we did with one of our retail clients with a global presence, offering them a redefinition of their strategy to increase their business impact and additionally, delivering an analysis of a maturity model including a roadmap of value initiatives that included the evolution of its data platform, its governance, and the strengthening of its Data Team, with new skills and capabilities. Also, if the client requires it, we provide them a proposal to create their Data Team or center of excellence and begin their operation with our staff to later hand it off to the profiles hired by the client.
